Friendly staff
Beverage (coffee) was cold but staff remained quickly

I enjoyed the waffles for breakfast. My room was clean and quiet. Bre VanWechel at the front desk was outstanding. I had made an error in my reservation and she worked with me to make things right. I was very impressed by her.
The carpet in the hallways was worn and the tile in the elevator was broken. The lobby area could use an update to make it more welcoming upon arrival.

The location
I left the hotel at 8am to drop off a part at a local shop. I returned at 930 and the maids were already cleaning my room and throwing my food away. I had not checked out and proceeded to take a shower. I was walked in on three times by the staff. Checkout is 11 ....not 930
