The shuttle to and from the George Bush Airport was beyond helpful.
Never been to this airport, and would have been lost without the shuttle.

Room was well-sized; bed was extremely comfortable; room was very quiet; air conditioning worked very well.
Bathroom was not completely clean; bathtub and shower curtain were stained and dirty; room carpet did not appear completely clean; WiFi was neither password-protected nor was there a strong, professional Internet connection; desk staff were just fairly helpful.

Location close to the IAH airport
wifi was so weak, almost non-existent.

the rooms had been renovated and were very good - clean, fresh and everything felt new, with no bad smell.
corridors smelled musty, breakfast did not always keep up with demand.

that it was very dark. The rooms felt depressing. it really needs to be brightened up.

it was 5 minutes driving distance from the airport.
it took them more than 30 minutes to pick me up from the airport.
They left a cleaning product in the bathroom next to the sink.
There was a dirty/used cloth outside of my room in the morning.

Location was ideal, centrally located and close to family we were visiting. The check in process was quick and very effecient. He was, as was all staff encounterd, very friendly.
The beds are rock hard. It was painful to sleep. The AC in the room was not working. Nothing like coming out of a dirty shower to immediately sweating from the heat and humidity. The shower backed up immediately. By the time I finished my shower, the water was mid-calf. Following my shower, I had to wash my legs and feet in the sink. Then, as mentioned before, hit a wall of heat and humidity because the AC was not working.

The proximity of the hotel and airport. Nice area.
Staff did not keep up with room needs such as; toilet paper, towels, trash. Other than that it was ok.
