Personal staff, Service, clean room.
Never got warm water. Cold showers suck ... literally cold both in the evening and in the morning. If it would have been hot, would have given you 10 out of 10. Expectations in a hotel stay: friendly staff, quiet and clean room, good bed and pullows, clean towels, and a hot shower.

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, location was perfect to all the things we wanted to do. We felt safe and comfortable at the location.
We had some issues with the shower temperature. When someone in a nearby room showered or flushed the toilet the water temperature would either go hot or cold. Shower had good water pressure.

Hard boiled eggs were a little over cooked. Apples were wonderful, oranges looked old. Waffle was good.

Didn't eat there
The hot water boiler has been down for a long time according to people that were staying there
This is ridiculous that there was no hot water or very little. Sheer curtains are torn, no plastic holder for coffee dispenser had to treat it like hot water maker and used coffee pod as tea bag
Was insulted that I didn't look like my ID and I said I had had a couple bad years and she laughed She didn't notice it was going to be renewed in the next few months.
