great location and things to do next door. close to places to eat within walking distance.

pool was closed for remodel. should have been posted online or we wouldn’t have booked there.

When I checked in they had no record of booking.com reservation. Really strange.

Pool was closed. Bathroom has some flushing issues.

Pool wasn't open, bed was uncomfortable, and so was the pull out couch my son slept on.

Good location in Magnolia, spacious rom

No water pressure, doors don’t have soft close, which allows for other guests to slam their doors. This cause a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean.

The pillows were horrendous. The elevator took so long to reach the first floor we started using the emergency stair case. The hotel is only a few stories so this was somewhat disappointing. overall the stay was fine, but would consider other options to stay in the future.
