Location, quiet even though it was near the freeway. Front desk staff were so nice and welcoming.
In the initial room I was assigned, it was dirty. I pulled back the covers, and there was hair and some substance on the side of the bed.

It had a kitchenette, spacious and clean. Along with wonderful front desk staff.

I liked having a full kitchen.
Location of hotel being so close to the freeway. Also the grab and go breakfast options are a joke. The fact they are only available from 6am - 9:30am when 95% of it pre-packaged items. Also having to do my dishes because I have to return them to the front desk is an inconvenience. I'm want the hotel, so I don't have to do those things. Having to ask for shampoo.

Location was good, close to people we were visiting.
It was dirty and didn’t smell very good. We were all afraid to use the shower, arrived late and left early.
