It was close to the venue the concert was playing. Check in and out were relatively quick. Low traffic in the area at the time.

Room was clean & everything worked
Run down, tired. Unsure of how safe it is - folks who lived there had their doors open, there was an arrest across from us in the morning

The room was clean. There was plenty of hot water.
there was an ongoing leak coming from the roof right in front of my room. It dripped on me while loading my car. The break room for the continental breakfast had a very stick floor in front of the counter. Selections were very limited. The coffee was not good. A coffee maker in the room would have been a real bonus.
