Location; quiet
Bed was very soft; mattress made noises each time we rolled over; room very small; minimal places to put gear

The location of the facility.
The bed was uncomfortable and there was a musty smell in the room. The bathroom door needs to be replaced as it sticks.

Cleanliness and Joy the member of staff who checked us in was fantastic
Pillows too full. One slightly less full one would have helped sleep

The rooms are very nice, and the stuff are very friendly.
It was very very loud place because it was right next to the street almost on the street.
And the breakfast was not good. No bread, no butter no jam.
