nothing was like it should be!!!
they did not offer breakfast as advertised and I found a crack pipe in my room on the floor, the lady in the front desk didn’t even come to the window she just screamed at me from afar

One thing that I loved about the hotel was the staff. When I arrived at the hotel I got waited on by a lady and she was very friendly and pleasant I really love her personality. The room was great it was 100% clean and I could have stayed there one more night. I normally when I visit hotels or wherever I stay I always bring Lysol spray and Clorox spray I only had to spray one time and everything else was 100% clean.
Now I will say the air unit it was very very loud it never did get cold in the room it felt like it was colder outside than in the room it really needs updated and some service. The bed was not comfortable at all but it was decent decent enough to get a okay sleep. I am a very light sleeper so the air unit kept me up even when it was on low it's still felt like it was loud as hell.

The value for this stay was good.
The mattress was not as comfortable as I would have liked, I could hear a lot of traffic outside.

Did not eat the breakfast. The lobby was closed.
The only thing wrong with the room was it had a musky smell.
The location was great.
The room could have smelled fresher and although the staff was friendly it was kind of impersonal doing transactions through the window in the airlock.

Due to Covid there were few amenities available but was a clean quiet room at a decent price and had outside access to the room

check in was smooth and easy! the front desk staff always makes me feel comfortable and are accommodating. the rooms are exceptionally clean. location is perfect with restaurants near and close to the highway.

i got a late check out which was 30 mins from the office. the guy house keeper came knocking on my door talking about check time i told him i had a late check out he replied check out now . as i was getting my things together he stood at the door looking stupid.

The rooms were larger than expected and it was very clean and the internet was great too.

I didn’t like it at all the roaches are bad they crawling on you while you are sleep… they’re everywhere this hotel is Nasty
