They never cleaned the room while there

The location was great! Loved being right one the beach and for a good price.

Arrived and checked in a little after 4 as advised, complete check in was walking up to our room and get chased down by a employee saying we had to wait 1-3 hours to go to our room. Our front door was constantly getting jammed, had to yank very hard to open it and close it, people were blasting music extremely loud and people arguing and fighting.

It was close to beach with a ocean view.

This was the worst stay i ever had in history. The rooms really need an upgrade.The bathrooms are terrible.There is no management working after hours. The whole time i was there the only thing i could smell was marijuana all over the place. The room next door was very loud and noisy,and there was no one to complain to because there were no management. The room rate maybe cheap,but trust me u will get what u pay for!! The parking is also hell on wheels because they share a parking lot with sharkys,and u may have to parking in the overflow parking down the street.I will Neeeevvvveeer stay in the reef at seahaven again.

Check in was easy and quick.

The room was dirty. The floors were very sandy, the shower was so dirty and was black on the bottom, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom in the shower on the toliet, no ice bucket, fingerprints and smudges all over mirrors and windows.. The balcony was sandy. Staff was not on premises after 8 p.m. to discuss these issues with. I literally went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room.

That it took so long to get into our room, air conditioning unit was very loud, and the staff not friendly.

The property is in a great spot tourist wise and the beach is nice. The pool was a good size and pretty clean.

The entire hotel is dirty and has roaches. The bathroom in the room is absolutely disgusting, the sheets were clean, there was no trash can in the room so we just had trash piling the whole time we were there. The staff was extremely rude. There weren’t even towels in there to begin with and they would only give us the towels If you grabbed all your dirty ones and brought them down to exchange. They share a parking lot with sharkys and yes it’s a great restaurant and close, but there’s absolutely no parking bc of it. Bc sharkys is full 24/7, if the parking lot is full, they have another parking lot that’s all the way down the road and you’ll be dragging all of your stuff down the street. We rented a golf cart to drive on the strip and the lady who worked there said she was going to tow it lol as if everyone doesn’t drive and park golf carts down there. If the room was clean I wouldn’t have had so much of an issue. But the entire stay was just one thing after another.
