Good

Spacious rooms, nice staff, good breakfast and amazing location. Loved the pineapple juice that was served when we checked in.

Lots of ants walking around the table.

Nice hotel in a great location

Very nice hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the waikiki beach. The lobby is very comfy. The breakfast is great. Free basic drinks all day long. The reception personnel are very nice.

The room was somewhat small. The AC is weird and makes noise. I could not open the window of the room.

Fun, relaxing, weather wonderful and great to revisit Waikiki 40 years after our 1st vis

Location was excellent for anyone who can't afford beach front. Easy direct walk to Waikiki Beach. Easy access to all shops, cafes and restaurants.All staff were so friendly and helpful. We were greeted every single time we walked through reception and nothing was too much trouble. Loved having every-day housekeeping: this is disappearing around the world and it was so much appreciated! Included breakfast hearty, plentiful and many choices.

We faced onto Kuhio Avenue which was a bit noisy especially weekend evenings. BUT this did give us an ocean view so we were happy to ignore the sounds. Nothing else - all else was great.

Relaxed atmosphere close to everything in Waikiki.

location just a short walk to beach particularly if you are wanting to be near Waikiki walled area. Close shopping and Restaurants. Coffee offered all day and water .

Would have liked some other options at breakfast like berries perhaps. Can be a bit hot in room even with window air conditioner. Perhaps the chance to offer guests a portable fan.

This place was a fantastic short stay for our vacation

the location was fantastic. It was in walking distance to a lot of good food places. The staff were super friendly and helpful too, and overall the room was really pleasant to stay in. and it is also close to Ala Moana and Honolulu Zoo which is a plus

the option for valet was the only major issue for me. Since there was no personal parking garage, the only option to park was through valet which cost us a bit more than we would've liked. The breakfast was also just ok.

Perfect location, clean room and expert staff

The room was clean and staff was extremely nice. This was my second stay with VIVE and I am happy enough to book it again next time.

Room size can be small for heavy packers. The facilities are little limited but who want to spend time in room when in Hawaii…..

Very good

Loved everything about Vive. Great location, very clean and comfortable, and welcoming and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was delicious and it's a great value for the price. The only complaint I have is that the windows are paper thin and you can hear everything outside. Other than that I would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again.

Other than the unpleasant smell from the air conditioning unit, my stay was very pleasant and would stay there again.

Staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The property was in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and shops and very close to the beach.

The air conditioning unit smelled like a urinal, very unpleasant.

Wonderful. I'll recommend it. Good price for that hotel.

The valet was super. Remembered I'd injured myself (pulled both calf muscles) during Diamond Head hike the day before & asked how I was healing. He opened my passenger door. Gave us restaurant recommendations based on where we were headed thay morning. We even went to the parking garage floor by accident on the way to check out. He asked what our number was before the elevator closed and had our car ready when we went back up to leave.

Not to be extra or a complainer, but the website displayed the omelettes more than the hard-boiled eggs, but the omelettes were only available one morning out of 6 or 7 that we were there.

Convenient location, healthy breakfast, a great overall place for a week-long stay!

Valet parking is great. Arnel was very friendly and caring! Really appreciated the interaction during our stay :)

Wish the shower had the handheld shower head
