Sehr, sehr laut.....

Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem. Für eine Nacht ok und wesentlich preiswerter als in Santa Barbara.

Leider Mega-Laut. Zum einen von der Straße und im Raum der Kühlschrank. Housekeeping war schon um 8:00 auf dem Flur sehr laut und klopfte und öffnete unsere Tür um 8:45 während mein Sohn noch schlief. Unmöglich.

- Proche d'une route très bruyante, beaucoup de circulation - café proposé à l'accueil manquant - chambre 122 et 123 à éviter mauvaise Insonorisation - chauffage très bruyant (mettez en fonction le chauffage, vous n'entendrez plus la route)

Always a clean, safe place to rest and shower

Always love staying here, It spilts up our trip in two days, from Santa Cruz to Tucson

Won’t be returning because it was uncomfortable and the showers gave me an unclean feeling looking at the mold.

Great colors and updated decor

The shower tiles had lots of mold. The towels were thin, rough and small. The toilet rolls were small and ran out quickly. The beds were very uncomfortable.

My UCSB stay for my son .

The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful even though not far from Highway.

Only negative was the water was HARD . Difficult to soap up ....still managed though.

Very disappointing- i would never stay in a place like this.

N/A- this location was very disappointing.this location should not be a choice on your site.

Bedbugs all over bed. Cleanliness subpar. Could not stay there had to find other lodgings. Front desk person said I need to complain to booking.com.

Convenient, comfy stop on a drive from SF to LA.

Good lighting. Bed was comfy. Very clean. Thanks for the morning coffee.

The guy standing outside at 6 am talking to the guy on the balcony above him at 6 am. Not the hotel's fault, just an unpleasant wake up.

Good value for the Santa Barbara area.

Great hot tub, and the staff was pleasant. The room was simple but clean. The value was excellent for the area!

There was NOTHING in the room other than the bed, T.V., a few shelves, and a small round table. There was no coffee maker, no microwave, not even a cup. It was very clean, but a stripped down basic room. Price was right, though! It was all we needed.

Untimely groundskeeper,but otherwise fine

Clean room, comfortable bed,good location for Santa Barbara event

Stairs to second floor room very steep,some difficulty going to and from room; groundskeeper trimming shrubs at check-in time (i.e.3pm) didn't want us to park by our room because of his activities (could he trim the shrubs at another time OTHER than check-in time, when people are,like, checking in???)

Refrigerator in the room, bathroom clean, motel on the outside nicely decorated with plants

Pleasant

The place is pretty run down. Everything seems old with a lot or wear and tear. They’ve tried to spruce it up with fresh paint yet bathroom fixtures had corrosion, baseboards dirty, holes in walls along with stains in the bathroom.

We would stay here again.

Clean; had outdoor BBQ & sitting area; hot tub was great; beautiful tile work; care was given to maintaining the plants outside; older motel but updated, clean, bed and bedding was comfortable.

The freezer in the refrigerator wouldn’t freeze my water bottle.
