Very nice and clean hotel. Within walking distance to several fast food and sit-down restaurants. The air conditioning was adjustable and would stay at the temperature you wanted so we were able to keep our room nice and cool. The staff were very friendly. We did not eat the provided breakfast there so not sure on the food quality, but there is a Waffle House, Cracker Barrell, Wendy's, and Whataburger all right next door that we took advantage of so the hotel is in a good location.
The shower curtain rod was curved down instead of out so the shower curtain kept pooling in the middle of the bar and would not go across the entire rod.

Lobby was bright and welcoming. The lady at the desk was great and she even told me about the locked back door that would be an easier access for my dog since the dog walking area was at that end of the building. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels and accessories. Everything like lights, TV and A/C worked just fine.
Can’t think of anything offhand.

Location
Dated, dirty, smelled like wet dog and urine.
