Everything, This is the nicest place in prescott, the view and atmosphere is great. The staff is always so very nice.

The staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good.

The pool is very small. But it was clean and the kids still enjoyed it.

after a 2 hour nap i was told to vacate the premises. i paid booking 99.20 $ for the stay. but Wyndham wanted 200$ more. so i want my 99.20$ back.!

I liked the location, close to downtown but far enough away to be peaceful. The scenery around this motel is beautiful. Staff was friendly, room was newly remodeled and very clean, breakfast was good.

Location was nice. Cooler than most of AZ we’ve visited. Breakfast was great! Lots of selection. No smoking on the property except designated areas. Saw a family of javelinas when we arrived at night. They scurried away.

Was farther than we expected from our destination but not your fault. Poor planning on our part.

I liked that it was quite and comfortable.

I didn't like that it didn't have curtains to shut to make the room dark so I could decompress from the world.

It was clean, updated hubby loved the TV.

Air conditioning goes on and off all night and is very loud.

The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices, including eggs & sausage, yogurt, good coffee! Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms newly updated, very clean!

The continental breakfast was really good.

That we had to leave. Definitely will be back.

Most of the staff were wonderful, breakfast was excellent, location was great.

Heater in the room didn't work properly. It didn't heat properly and was extremely noisy. Every time it kicked in during the night we both woke up. After the first night I asked if we could move to a different room because there was such a problem with the heater but I was told that, even though the equipment wasn't working properly it would cost us an additional amount of about 60% of what we paid for the room. The bed was so bad that my husband woke up barely able to move (and had to see a chiropractor). We were so disappointed, as the last time we stayed here we were so satisfied - room was quiet, heater worked properly, bed was better ...
