Well the staff ignored you, kind of just looked at you like what do you want.
That staff was rude. Didn’t care that when we checked in I told them about the sheet and blanket they just said oh ok. Then they went right back to talking to each other. I will be putting in more formal complaints and asking for a part refund.

They were extremely friendly upon check-in. We got a welcome baggie for the first time ever, which was nice. If the room was warmer it kinda had a musty smell but went away when we cooled off the room.
The pool was nice we went in first thing in the morning but it was awfully chilly. My son had no issues with it so it could have just been me.

I got stuck in the elevator for 10 min , I’m still eating for a $50 compensation that’s supposed to go back to my account

Booking.com messed up my reservation and I was not booked for the day I arrived. I was fortunate to have the pin number so a room was available. But the Inn was very busy and it was possible that I would not have a room. In the future, I will be booking my stay directly with the Inn.

it had a great gym, with windows, and the staff was very welcoming. overall, it was a great value for the price. I re-booked here each time I was in town, and anytime I am in the area, I will be staying here!

Everything was great the only thing is the Internet connection when streaming. There was a lot of interruption and buffering. It could better. Everything else was great and breakfast was delicious. Thank you

Roo. Was decent size as was the batheoom which was quite large
Breakfast was not maintained well by staff. Coffee. Was old & bitter & out of waffle mix to make my waffle. Staff there were also behind in maintaing cutlery & had to wait for that too. Slow & indifferent
