Location good but property was very basic, smaller than expected, no kettle or hairdryer as promised, these were provided on day 2 after contacting host. Iron was broken. Washing machine, failed to mention when advertised that this was a shared machine by all the other guests of the 3 floor apartment block at a fee of 4 Euro per wash.

Ok for a 1 night stay but very disappointed with the place when we arrived, basic, old and dark inside the tiny space.

Pas normal d'apporter ses draps et de payer 30euros de ménage , (sauf si on le fait soi même) ,plus 10euros de parking par jour. Des kits à rajouter au tarifs de départ ,injuste que l'inflation retombe toujours sur les mêmes. Partir quelque jour au soleil ,dans le sud ,devient excessif .

The apartment was the perfect size for a couple and had everything that we needed. The free parking is secure and close to the apartment. We were close to the beach, grocery store, local sights, and restaurants. We walked everywhere.

EXTRA CHARGES for Towels and Sheets. This was not made clear when making the booking , we were only notified once our booking had been confirmed.

I really liked the location of this place once I found it. I was driving in and it is QUITE DIFFICULT to locate with a car. They try to deal with this by sending directions, but I found them difficult to follow. I ended up driving to the pedestrian entrance to the place, parking (illegally) and finding the host who directed me to the parking lot - which is right behind the building, but about a 800 meter drive because of narrow, one-way streets in this part of town. Some of the streets are QUITE NARROW. I didn't move my car again during my stay and am glad I didn't.

Perhaps it is in the listing, but I didn't notice that sheets and towels are extra. I paid for those - I mean, really, people are travelling with sheets and towels? I received one roll of toilet paper and no dish soap. I went to the store and bought extra toilet paper and dish soap. It's not the expense that bothers me here (it was probably less than 5 euros) it's the inconvenience of discovering they are not there and then having to find a store selling these items. I wish they would just add five euros to the price and supply dish soap and enough toilet paper. The stove was barely functional - it took nearly 20 minutes to reach a temperature sufficient to cook an egg. The Internet was also barely functional (see the picture). It worked better at times.

Our apartment had everything we needed, and the balcony had a fantastic view of the Pyrenees and the fort St Elme. Cindy and Nicholas took great care of us and the property was perfectly situated, minutes from the beach, shops and bars. We will be back!!
