customer service am female ataff refused to refund a day they did not get my verbal consent and I only signed for 7 nights nothing more yet they continued to charge my card and when questioned told I was wrong nor do I get my money back hung up 3x and didn’t give choice hotel points for 11 stays

this lady up front is horrible tried telling me I didn’t. tell them my check our date yet I only approved and paid for 7 nights yet charged me me another week hung up on my 5 times told me I was wrong I request a supervisor and she told me no and hung up refused to refund my card

this lady Melony is horrible and is needing to be terminated asap it will not be anything near great services with this woman there !

Our pet friendly room was spacious and clean on the first floor near the locked exit door. This allowed us to take our dog outside easily as needed. Hotel was quiet and they offer trolleys to carry your bags to and from your car if needed.

We were given an “accessible” room and the shower is not comfortable due an able bodied person..

the location and cleanliness of the property was good.

Good location, near the freeway but not noisy. Close drive to downtown Ukiah. The pool was very nice.

I had to ask for pool towels (this seems to happen a lot at hotels). I also picked-up garbage left at the pool the night before by other customers.

Super great for a late night stop after road-tripping on 101. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Also very quiet stay for a Friday night!

It was ok. We stayed in a few comfort inns on our trip. This was the least favorable. Beds not that comfortable. Water goes all over the bathroom floor when you shower. The breakfast wasn’t as well kept as the others.

Amazing beds and linens! Breakfast was a nice treat with lots of choices.

Bathroom could use some attention (missing overflow cover in the tub, exposed turn off valve on the wall). Lock to room was difficult to use.
