Worst customer services. People being rude. Came from a meeting really tired and people are rude. Never come back. My first and last time. I had to cancel my reservation for the bad service. Nothing look like picture. No clean the curtain from the restroom. Old environment 👎 no more

Was very happy with our 5 day stay. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Great place to stay for the money. Have stayed in a lot of more expensive motels that weren't as good. Towels were changed every day without having to ask.

Towels were not changed on the last day of our stay, but was taken care of very quickly. Traffic was very heavy at times when trying to exit.

The staff was very friendly and explained that they had people who didn't show up so they didn't want to wait and loose business

I put pay at the property but they charged my card and cancel my reservation due to insufficient funds in my acct so I was charged more for a different room even though I arrived before the two o'clock check in time with cash

The location is a straight 15 minute drive to PCB. The bed was comfy although we did kill a mite. The room and bathroom was clean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and polite. Considering the price and the location, we were comfortable with what we got.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk did not seem happy to see guests at all. She actually seemed like our arrival annoyed her a little, but she may have just been having a tough day. Also the outlets near the sink did not work and although we had an iron a board was not provided. Breakfast was “grab and go” and not continental as advertised. It consisted of bagels, bearclaws, apple juice, and orange juice. Parking is scarce.
