Very little to like about this place. The location is the only nice feature it offered.

The room was very stuffy when you walked in. When you turned on the fan it made the air better but the fan was so loud you had to blast the TV volume to hear it. The WiFi signal was terrible and there were dead spots within the room. First place I ever stayed where the skimped on the towels. They have a parking lot for self parking but did charge for parking.

Uncomfortable bed, flat pillows and no light fixture above sink in the bathroom. (I was on the 3rd floor) There was only a lamp in the bathroom by the sink which was hard see to do your makeup. They’re in the process of renovating. There was also a stain on one of the pillow cases.

Lobby was beautiful and room was huge! The beach was so close! The pool and hot tub were nice. Close to lots of restaurants and the pier. Nice place overall.

People in lobby were loud. No coffee for guests in the morning except through the restaurant.

The Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. Loved the proximity to the beach!

We booked a room that specifically said it had a spa tub but when we arrived there was not one in our room. Also there was no light above the mirror in the bathroom so it was a little hard to see while getting ready.

Renovations not disclosed. Jacuzzi suite doesn't have jacuzzi in it. False advertising.

Great location and nice pool area. The on-site restaurant is wonderful.

It is under construction which was not disclosed until we arrived and we were past the cancel for free timeframe. It will be very nice when this is completed.

Spacious bedroom and comfortable bed.

Under renovations and not ready for prime time. Room had no light in entry hallway but a switch to nowhere. The bathroom had no light over the very small vanity but there was a floor lamp that wasn’t much more than ambiance. There were no towel racks anywhere and only one hook behind the bathroom door. No storage at all in the bathroom. The shower was spacious but no shelf or soap dish. Exhaust fan didn’t work. Signs apologized for their dust and it was dusty. Might be better to segregate completely renovated spaces for use.
