the room was not cleaned, very noisy and uncomfortable. reported noise complaints to management staff and no help after they assured me it would be handled.

There was a lot of noise and traffic. the toilet seat was broken, and the toilet clogged up. The room was dirty and the hot water wasn’t working. You can’t set the AC to what settings you would like.

A bit hard to find without G PS Room floor was not cleaned or vacuumed.

Had roaches, barely luke warm water, animal feces under the bed, chewing gum stuck to the AC, had to keep turning the AC off and on to reset it so that it would work, had to pay extra to upgrade the WiFi so that you can connect more than one device, never brought any clean or fresh towels the whole stay.

THE ROACHES EVERYWHERE

My wife is in a wheelchair and I specifically asked for a wheelchair accessible room on the ground floor, when I booked and paidfortheroomin advanced.... the only thing that was right was the ground floor room... the room was extremely small the bed was queen size, but the room was so small that there was only maybe 12 inches of walking room around the bed... not to mention the bed was 2 foot off the floor...there was no way the room was a handicap accessible room... I ordered a pizza for my wife and I for dinner and had it delivered to our room... when it was delivered, I placed it on the table while I stepped into the bathroom and when I walked back to the table, there' was bugs that decided to help themselves to my pizza ... the entire stay and experience was very disappointing and when I checked out, I brought these issues to the woman behind the desk.... the woman began to argue with me and began to yell at me. I turned around and walked out the while I made the comment of how disgusting it was.....

The room was very run down. I will never go back there.

The staff was unprofessional, the entire hotel had a terrible smell, and the front office is close during the night. What if I had lock my key inside my room?

I like it was accommodating due to the issue I had prior with another hotel. And the host was very nice.

My stay would have been great, I've stayed there once before. And I loved it this time, It just did not feel clean to me. I found an old hot dog bun in the bed under the fitted sheet. That was very nasty and I did end my stay early. And the room smelled old and stuffy.

The bed was at least somewhat comfortable despite it being hard as a rock. Nice TV.

The room was dirty, there were a dirty pair of socks left behind the bathroom door. The full kitchen hadn't been thoroughly cleaned with disinfectants and there were roaches all over the room.
