Near town
Heavy traffic out front of hotel

For the cost, this Quality Inn was a good value. The people at the desk were pleasant, the room was very clean, and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioner cooled well as did the refrigerator. The bedding looked new enough, and the sheets were soft. The paint looked good, and there were no bugs in my walk-in level room. The parking lot and exterior were clean. It was not a fancy hotel, but I felt like I got what I paid for.
When it rained, the water rushed over the gutter at each of the downspouts. They may need to be cleared.

Location, and price
The AC was insanely loud, it would turn on and turn off every 20 min or so, and it was impossible to sleep without waking up every single time it started roaring on
