The location
Wanted to take a bath did not have a way to stop up the hole to keep water from going out. No stopper.

Comfortable mattress, great location
Was not the cleanest - open soap and shampoo in the shower so not even sure if the tub got cleaned, trash in floor as well. Pillows way too small - sized for a sofa or something. Also very few towels and small towels.

Location ideal as we were going north on I-95
First floor room location. Bathroom - soap dish in shower was missing. Room was generally not up to the standard of our stay in early February

Nothing. Very dirty room .Front desk was not very responsive to our concerns
We should not have to be scolded by the front desk. First room was moldy and not clean. Second room was dirty. Q-tips and other gross stuff was on the floor. Dirty carpet. I have pictures. Horrible coffee-tasted like dirty water. Simply not at all what we expected or paid for.

We didn't have breakfast
We could hear sounds from above us and the room beside us...not good sounds.

The complimentary breakfast this morning was nice and the worker linda was very nice to us. She was the only friendly one there.
When you go to the front desk the 1st impression is a lasting impression the lady that waited on us She was not friendly and she acted like she didn't want to be there. She was very rude I asked if I could check in 30 to 40 minute Early .She said we check in at 3 o'clock and I'm not on yet and I can't be bothered You have to come back at 3 very rude so I left and I called corporate and corporate called her to see if we could check in at 3 and she said to the corporate associate that called It is what it is. The corporate associate could not believe how rude she was to her also.It was all Documented and they gave me a case number at corporate. I went back to check in at 4:30 and she was trying to be fake nice to me .Then I got my key I said thank you and I went to my room I didn't want to deal with her anymore she is very unpleasant and that's why we will not be going back cause I'm not gonna be treated badly or talk to any kind of way .She definitely need some customer service skills. Also there is no parking I had to park all the way in the back and I did not Feel safe I am handicapped and they only have 3 handicapped parking spots .I had to walk all the way around the Building so no I will not be going back. The room was nice but the beds were hard as rock. And when we checked in On Saturday Sunday morning we were woken up by door slamming the maids were outside cleaning rooms at 8:30 in the morning. They didn't care and none of them would smile and they were not friendly. Also they were talking very loud. Also when I try to call general manager's number they had a card at the front desk it rang right back to the The rude lady that was working up front That's the day I Is tried to check In and she hung up on me. If that is the customer service at sleep at 8 I'm going to let everyone I know how terrible this hotel Is Because I have never been treated that way . Also I had my 79 year old mother with me.

We had stayed in a sleep in in Wytheville Virginia and really liked it. This location was not as good.
Our room wasn’t ready when we got there so they put us in a room on the first floor. It had not been cleaned so we had to go to another room! The breakfast was not of the same quality as a previous sleep in we had been to.

nothing
rude staff, breakfast over before nine, no light bulbs in lamps, carpet dirty, no Kleenex, improper toilet lid

I liked the room, it was very spacious and gave us room to fully unwind. The decor was okay but the room was cleaned to perfection!
I didn’t like the odd shower liner they had at front desk. It didn’t quite make sense due to the staff not wearing mask. The pool also had a very strong smell to it that let me know to stay clear from it, as well as the mildew smell that confronts you at the door.

Excellent breakfast. Convenient location to Fort Pulaski and Tybee Island.
Nothing - it was pleasant and comfortable.

I'm bald because of chemo but there was long stringy hair in the sink. Soap scum on the darker part of the shower walls once the bathroom steamed up. The bed was uncomfortable but it was night when we got there and we were tired after a funeral early in the day.

Great location. Restful
No complaints

No working ice machine on our floor. Very dated bathroom, no bath mat for inside shower. Breakfast juice machine broken, coffee creamer "sour", left without trying anything else. Smoke detector in room discommected and in cabinet drawer.
I would NOT recommend this place to any of my friends.

The breakfast was poor! Our room’s total cost was $150 and for that price I expected better, much better! Aside from making a hot waffle there wasn’t anything else hot to eat! The juice machine was broken & I’m a fan of apple juice & orange juice in the morning! Bananas, yogurt & bagged muffins are my idea of a decent breakfast!
Your breakfast! Your question above asked what I thought about your breakfast selections and I thought they were poor! Paying $150 a night should get a much better breakfast! Not too many people at breakfast seemed happy! Poor would b a better reaction!

I liked that we had somewhere to stay
There was rust/mold everywhere in the bathroom
There was a dead water bug in the breakfast eating area
The front desk had a huge plastic tarp I'm guessing for covid but it was so ghetto and creepy looking
The breakfast was cheap
The drink machine was broken and the waffle maker was broken too
The pool looked like a box and was dirty

Not much
Breakfast…no tea in the room…breakfast juice machine out of order…ice machine broken. Our room (224)…half the room had no electricity…bedside lamps, clock, outlets all non working.

Clean facilities, friendly people, good location
Lumpy mattress, free breakfast just isn't worth the time
