Breakfast hours...stayed for 2 nights.. breakfast hours are 6 to 9, Noticed that most guests would show up around 8:30.We were there 8 and just barely got some of the hot breakfast items(eggs and bacon or sausage links were served)by 8:30 the hot breakfast items were gone..so the 8:30 guests were left with just having waffles/cereal and the dining room was FULL of guests.I saw the kitchen lady go over to the guest computer located in the lobby shortly after we arrived with her back turned to the dining area.I feel if she would have paid more attention to her dining area and not gotten on the computer,with 45min to 1hr still left of the breakfast hour to go,she would have noticed that the hot breakfast items were gone and could have made more for the 8:30 guests,to be fair this happened on 1 of our 2 night stay and I dont think this happens all the time,but on a weekend morning,there should have been enough hot breakfast items for everybody till 9am.

The staff was excellent...The breakfast wasn't bad..scrambled eggs did taste a little watery...overall all of the items was acceptable.

The North entrance to the hotel ..was a huge step..my husband fall, hit the side of his head on the cement pillar and cut his ear;was bleeding, then rolled face first into the rocks..his glasses went flying..He just layed there for a bit to get his composure ..until he was able to roll on his back.He was very sore on his right side, bruised and it was hard for him to walk..2 days later and its still hard for him to walk. Luckly, there was a guest who helped us as well as our son and took him to our room. I did report this incident at the hotel desk, filled out an incident report. They either need to lower that stoop, maybe install a ramp and /or a railing....You are told that you can use that entrance when you check in...I would not recommend using that entrance if your are an older person.

Easy to get to. Quiet area. Light traffic noise. Lots of parking. Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff.

Uncooked bacon. As a whole the hotel looked very clean and well kept but our room’s surfaces had clearly not been wiped. There was what appeared to be throw up on the bathroom door splattered from eye level down. There was not another room available so the desk clerk came and wiped down the door. There was Ramon noodles on the coffee pot and sink counter, we wiped all surfaces ourselves. After that the place had a bad feel. The smell of pot inside the building and into our room was clearly an issue in the middle of the night and also in the day. The desk clerk was looking into it and the next night it was no longer a problem.

The staff was fantastic and the location was nice. I also love the noon check out time.

The pool turned my daughter’s hair green which was terrible. The breakfast area is very cramped along with the size of the rooms. The plug outlets are very old as my charger wouldn’t stay plugged up keep falling out.
