We checked in and the place was under construction called booking.com. They were no help at all. Really nice gal said she was going to help the manager was unavailable, refusing to respond and so they finally offered to move us to a room the next morning the construction, dust and paint fumes were horrific will never stay again horrible

Great stay one's again. Love this property. Stayed last week as well for 1 nights and I love it. I will back soon.

The location was central to all the events we attended but is not in the best area. Our view from the lobby was the Vigo county Juvenile justice center.
We were charged an extra 25.00 dollars to get into our room an hour early. We arrived at 2 pm and check in is at 3pm. We asked if our room was ready and the attendant said yes, but it would be an extra 25.00 to check in early!

They lied about offering me a room with hardwoods. They couldn’t fix the air I had to ask if I could just checkout and move to a different hotel. The front desk agent DEB told me I could and that they authorized me leaving but I would have to go through booking.com for a refund but that they did authorize the refund. So I had to pack up and find a different hotel at 9pm at night. The next day they lied and said they didn’t authorize the refund or me checking out.?
This is totally unacceptable that booking.com does business with a business that can lie and cheat me out of over $230.00!!! If I am unable to get a refund I will never use booking.com again. And I will do everything in my power to inform everyone I can how y’all do business.

It was a large area to eat in.
It's the same breakfast you get at every single choice hotel.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty.
The furniture was dusty. The shower and bathroom ceiling and walls looked dirty and there was a slick spot on the floor near the bed that we all slid on.

Cost very competitive, facilities good with exception of shower, and close to ISU
Shower-had to request assistance of manager to get it to work.

Was right off highway and easy to find.
Yogurt was expired in breakfast bar. Found an earring along the edge of the tv stand in plain view. Ceiling in bathroom was falling apart over the shower. Doors weren't secured from letting anyone not staying from coming in. Pretty sure we saw the end of a drug deal behind the building when packing up the car to leave.

Staff was polite and breakfast was okay. You need larger coffee cups.
The hotel was old and that understandable, but the bathroom needed tub walls and re-sealed and ceiling painted.

I liked the location of the hotel to the event area we were utilizing.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel we ok. You could see issues in the shower and throughout the room...outlets were missing, just not what I would expect from this property.
