I liked the location was close to the freeway and mall and lots of places near by to eat at

I did wish it had an elevator it was hard getting up the stairs with my knees

The customer service

Nothing

There was no breakfast. The afternoon and morning staff were extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service. Disappointed there are no kettles or coffee makers in the room but there was coffee and hot water in the morning. And the nice gentleman on staff in the afternoon was kind enough to brew me some hot water for tea (I don't drink coffee).

No security on parking which is on the access road to Interstate. My Catalytic Converter was stolen from my car overnight despite my parking my car right next to the front office.

Friendly staff, room well put together. Plenty of clean supplies and easy access to my room.

There were just a couple of dead bugs on the floor. No harm or anything, but I hate bugs, just unsightly. Location was a bit scary for me, but I live in a super small town on a regular basis, so I'm just not use to the city environment.

How close to where the hospital was

It had cockroachs and fridge didn't work right. The floors weren't cleaned turned my kids feet black after bath don't recommend unless need super cheap
