The staff was helpful and professional, friendly. They were the highlight of my stay. Everyone greeted me and when I left my bottled drink by the coffee station, someone from housekeeping came and brought it to me. Very nice people. The AC in my room worked well.
My main light flickered if I turned it on, and I could have gotten a seizure from the high frequency flicker of the fluorescent bulbs malfunctioning. The second floor smelled like marijuana constantly. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work. The vending machine for drinks didn't work on the second floor. I had to go downstairs to the lobby each time I needed a snack or ice. There were a bunch of bikers who spent the night sitting in the parking lot, revving their bikes loudly enough to rattle my window on the second floor. On Sunday morning, the bikers all cranked up and revved their bikes about 7am. I should have just called the cops.
