The staff was so accommodating especially the front dest lady I wrote all there names down and lost it but the black lady second shift was the best ever she was always cleaning or helping guest she went above and beyond for me and my mother i actually manage a hotel in Nashville and she gave the type of experience I would want all my guest to have yall are really lucky to have her if I come back to lake Charles im staying only here great job guys
