good breakfast and good location

not 1 thing I could put my finger on. Everything was just 'ok' for our stay.

I didn't like how I was able to book a room and then the day of my booking I got a call while I was at work that I didn't see until I already went and I was told I can't stay there because I live 15miles away and it's in the policy no one in a 30mil radius can stay. I find it ridiculous. Just because I live near by I can't spend my money to stay somewhere nice to get away for a little. I was planning on spending a night with someone who isn't from here but then I got pushed out. The guy behind the counter was very rude and couldn't explain why it let me book and why I wasn't notified sooner. He kept repeating the same thing over and over. And was very condescending. All I wanted was a night away from my hectic life and couldn't even do that. I get you have a job to do but you could be more respectful and at least apologize for the inconvenience.

we are rewards members and we asked for a late check out because my daughter was playing at 3 but the latest they could give us was 12 i will be frequenting waterville numerous times in the next 4 years will probably find a hotel more friendly to late check out

Clean, convenient, good location

Location was easy to get to & close to shopping etc.

The price was a little high. It was not a $500, room.

Hotel was clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of breakfast options to choose from

The corridors are really old and tired looking.. Poor first impression. The air conditioning in lobby frigid.

I booked through Booking.com and 2 days before my arrival, I received a phone call from manager telling me he was not going to allow us to stay at the hotel, as we set fire to the microwave last time we stayed and the fire dept had to come out along with police. However, this was an electrical fire. Even the fire department said it was electrical and that it was not our fault. the Staff at the time were EXTREMELY rude and condescending and asked us if we could have called down sooner to front desk. As such, I was appalled, I was rude back. I asked for a new room and was advised there weren't any, well the car situation did not show that, and we had to stay in the smelly room and gag for 2 days. New staff came in and they gave us a new room and apologized heavily for the disrespectful way I was spoken to and that we had to stay another 2 nights in a room that made us cough and choke from the smell.

Room was extremely clean and the staff were all pleasant to talk with.

The staff was nice- check in & out was quick. Like wifi included & free parking.

A bottled water per day per guest should be complimentary and coffee available 6-10 everyday

Clean, thoughtfully designed rooms.

No waffles, but that's ok.
