Great location, clean and good service.

The complementary breakfast was excellent as was the staff. We appreciated their having a washer and dryer to use.
There didn’t seem to be any sites worth visiting in Waterville as the Remington Mansion/historical society was only open on Fridays.

Room comfortable and clean.
Person on front desk that checked us in was very rude, her tone of voice towards us was very unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us she spoke to us in a rude manner that made us feel uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue so that future guests can get better care.

The staff and location were nice. Did not realize there was so much construction in hotel at the time. Breakfast was not very good at all. The food tasted all premade boxed. Please get rid of the pancake 3D printer. It was so nasty! Normally there is plenty of fresh fruits and they only had bananas and zero varieties of breads for toasting. Also coffee machine broke three times and worker said o well Dunkies is down the street.
