Sleep Inn & Suites Bay View Acme - Traverse City

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The coffee was excellent and always available! They accommodated our pet. The location was great. There was a walking path behind the hotel where we walked our dog. Nice views of the lake across the street.

No complaints

The room was very nice, the bed was so comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was great!

Cleanliness and breakfast

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Great location. Excellent included breakfast.

Wasn’t the cleanest my wife and I had to change rooms immediately because as soon as we entered there was a horrible mildew smell. My second room was fine, shower head was a little old . My sister and her fiancé had the same issue on the second floor. Their second room was dirty and had a cigarette smell(which they didn’t tell me about until after our stay). We had 3 rooms 2 of them were supposed to be Queen size beds and they were definitely smaller, more like full size beds. I know because I own a queen size bed. For $300 a night these should have been much better and we shouldn’t have had these issues.
