Key cards are so hit or miss. I feel like the success rate for key cards is around 60%. The odds of you having to get new key cards is like 40%.

Location
They gave us a dirty room. We took pictures & went back to the desk they gave us a different room. The second room had dirty blankets - lip stick or something red on them.
They only clean the room or replenish 1 time every three days.
We stayed at 4 different places this past week & this was the only place that still had this in place.
The desk clerk had an attitude.

The continental breakfast could be a bit better at least the hot portion ie: eggs and sausage

We Did not have time to eat but did get coffee and checked out the breakfast items offered. Make it yourself waffles, eggs and sausage. and other typical items.
our room had torn sheer curtain and the sink area electrical outlet did not work therefore the wall mount hair dryer also not available. {Fortunately, I brought my own hairdryer} The clock/alarm also was not working.

Needs updating in the lobby area. Shower rod was broken in bathroom.

Location close to event facility
Fridge and phone didn't work. Hotel itself was in terrible condition. Would not stay there again.

While the breakfast was OK, it was exactly the same both days we stayed. The breakfast at your closest competitor is much better, but that hotel was already booked full fot this weekend. Your rooms however are better, and overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything except the loud banging and crashing at 7 am that didn’t stop so we left,
The loud banging and slamming started around 7am, we didn’t get to sleep in which was the main reason for our stay.

Regret COVID-restricted breakfast, but the muffin itself was delicious.
Room was quiet and clean. Slept great.
The extra door lock.

The pool was cold, we weren’t able to enjoy that amenity.

proximity to our trip places
the pool was very, weird. within minutes of leaving my entire body was itchy and covered in hives. i can usually tolerate properly chlorinated hotel pools.
