They had a hard time finding my reservation, with Booking.com. They put me in a room, anyways, as the front desk staff and I tried to work out the issues with Booking.com.
I was forced to call Booking.com to try to get some help, checking in. The call cost me almost as much as 2 rooms at this property. I have stopped using Booking.com, since a simple phone call to your support line cost me $200+. I have deleted the app, and never plan on using your services again. But, I will definitely stay at the Quality Inn in Petoskey again.

Location to family, breakfast was good, staff was pleasant, clean & spacious room.
Poor water pressure for a shower, upstairs guests were super noisy.

the room smelled and it was very noisy with young kids running around outside. I changed hotels after one night. room was ok but did not meet my standards. staff was friendly. Had a dog with me.

The gal at the front desk was so friendly. We thought the puzzle in the lobby and the fire pit outside were nice touches, giving folks something to do outside of their rooms. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, & cookies in the lobby were a really nice surprise. The beds were comfy! The location was perfect for our ski trip. Good place to stay.
I would've loved to have a banana & some raisins for my oatmeal at breakfast.

The manager was amazing, very polite, and extremely helpful. Very comfortable stay.
Didn't realize it was pet friendly. A lot of dogs, would have preferred a room not next to so many.

Nice place, staff was friendly. Location is aging a bit is all, no usb hubs.

Breakfast was good. It was clean. Good location. Staff was exceptionally friendly.
The beds were saggy. But we always make sure we get two beds, so they were fine with only one person in each bed.

Pet friendly and breakfast was pretty good rooms where nice love the jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom
The people in the next room being a little rough in bed and We thought they would come through the wall any time

High quality cleanliness
Toilet flush was not working. No maintenance worker available. I had to wait for 2hrs in the morning and had to fight with front desk to get another room. Very frustrating as my entire day ruined. I had to give up most of my plans that day due to transferring to another room and personal difficulties. I raised this concern via email and talked to the General manager of the facility and it was even frustrating when they said no concerns with toilet flush. Paid a huge amount of $450 for two nights and ended up in a really bad experience. They didn’t ready for a relief package as well.

Location and staff were the winners on this visit.
We knew there was no elevator and we had had a lot of bags. I think if we would have arrived earlier, our chances of a ground floor room would have been better. I do not fault the hotel for this, but if you have to have an elevator, be aware.

Bed was comfortable.
Staff were pleasant and very accommodating.
