Hotel was decorated nicely. And clean.

Bed were horribly uncomfortable. And little things needed to be fixed

we got a room & the bed frame was sticking out. I didn’t notice it and cut my ankle. told front desk they switched us rooms. showers are very slick for the elderly as well.

The staff was incredibly friendly and have to deal with a lot of disgruntled customers, I’m sure. I overheard one phone conversation and the young man that works the front desk remained so calm and professional, while the woman on the phone was just awful to him.

The rooms need to be gutted and redone. The ACs do not work properly, so no fresh air is able to enter the room, the windows are nailed shut. The room was stale, musty smelling, and everything was damp: carpet, linoleum, bedding, etc. The bathroom walls and ceiling looked like it was all pealing away from even older walls and ceilings.

The front desk was excellent (Henry?), the room was great and perfect for the night.

Bar wasn't open so we had to go elsewhere for drinks even tho they offer a couple at the front desk. They should open the bar back up especially during a Friday

we loved how comfortable the beds were!

The hot tub. it’s advertised but not open

Nice sized rooms- clean. Bathroom is very nice- huge shower. Location is good- Stockyards restaurant right across the street. Kwik Trip right down the street.

Rooms need a microwave.

We were told at check in that we had to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. Since it was 6:30 pm we thought we could not get room service the next day. It did come late in the afternoon while we were napping. It then came every day after as requested. Getting your room cleaned should've been a given. The maid was very sweet. She did not take the tip we left until we handed it to her or left a note that it was for her.
