Was neat and clean. Staff were very nice and extremely helpful.

The pool area was extremely humid. Could have used some ventilation.

Sensor lights were frustrating as they would shut off at inconvenient times, paticularly the bathroom. Online photos, specifically of the bathroom were inaccurate and there was only 1 sink. Breakfast was disappointing and the biscuits very hard! The pool was extremely salty, not sure why. Water leak during a rain storm.

we got a non smoking room and we do smoke but we made sure to go outside. we were barely even there, we only slept there for one night. we checked in and then headed to our concert that was the whole reason we were there we got back around 12am and went straight to bed and got up for breakfast and then checked out and left. the front desk guy made us pay $100 cash for an incidental fee, whatever cool we did. but then we find out our friends staying in the same hotel didn’t have to do that. then we’re checking out and the front desk guy the guy who made us give the $100 takes the ticket and walks up to our room and made us wait while he “investigated” our room. we left the room in great condition like I said we were only there for 1 night. the 2nd floor smelled like weed and it wasn’t us because like I said we were barely then then he comes back and says he isn’t gonna give us the $100 back because of that. meanwhile he only knocked on 1 door and asked if they were smoking. our friends checked out right before we did same floor a few doors down and he didn’t go up and check they’re room he just accused us because we are young but we follow rules and understand the no smoking I wouldn’t have booked the room if I didn’t want a non smoking room. we didn’t stay and argue because it’s not worth it but we will never be back. don’t go here or you’ll get scammed.

The front desk clerk was very rude and insisted on a $100 cash deposit even though I paid for my room with a credit card. Because we weren't told when we made the reservation, I had to use their ATM. There was no explanation, just "Sorry, it must be cash. There's the atm." We had to question him to get even short, rude answers about why IT MUST BE CASH. They also made a member of the housekeeping staff inspect our room before we could leave/checkout and get our deposit back. The whole ordeal was shady, infuriating, and embarrassing, and I will never stay there again. Also, breakfast was mediocre, crowded, hot, and loud, and there was only one community table to eat at. We had to take our back to our room.

Very family friendly. Very clean. Staff was great.

Pick this motel because of the indoor pool. The water was very cold and could not use it because of that. Hot tub was good.
