It was clean good breakfast

Staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. The facility was clean. There were luggage racks to use. Location was quiet. Safety was not an issue.
Upon opening the door to our room for the 1st time. I was hit with an overwhelming smell of FLORAL spray / odor and or disinfectant of some sort, which then triggered my allergies. The door would not close all the way due to the carpet. Also a screw was missing from the door plate mounted to the frame. The carpet felt cold and damp on my feet.

Orderly, neat and clean breakfast, extra wide hallway, located at the foot of the cross.
Some minor cosmetic defects to our doors & the handicap shower with a short curtain let too much water out onto the bathroom floor

Floor plan of room and cleanliness
The front desk lady who checked us in was extremely rude as though it bothered her to be bothered with guests arriving. Not an accommodating or customer friendly personality for that profession. The morning check out lady was great.
