The staff was very friendly and helpful

The floors in the room was not cleaned and the refrigerator, still had ice cream in it from the last guest

Responsive staff

Breakfast meat (sausage) was pork everyday and the employee stated she didn't see turkey or other options for the sausage. Also, on booking.com it is listed with a free airport shuttle which I quickly found out was not true. It was late at night and I was waiting for a shuttle. When it didn't arrive, I called the hotel and was advised that they didn't have one and have told booking.com several times to remove that amenity. This was very unsettling because I didn't plan for that additional expense and had to get an Uber.

The location is close to all good restaurants. The location city its in is one of the more safer cities. Breakfast was good.

Rooms could use better bedding, bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom wasn't clean enough, stains on the outside of the tub shows the bathroom was properly cleaned The hotel needs some updating in the rooms.
