The breakfast had a nice variety of food. The cold items were kept cold and fresh. The area was very clean and atmosphere pleasant. Also, some of the items and drinks were available throughout the day which was very convenient.

Conveniently located to highway and downtown Missoula. Very clean and quiet. Nice room.

Recently remodeled but I struggle to find anything good about the property, staff, or the room.

Nasty furniture, bed wasn’t stripped, dirty sheets, stained, shower made an incredibly loud creaking while you stood in it. They automatically charged me for a safe that was promptly removed when I inquired about it. That seemed a bit slippery as every guest is charged and few really scrutinize their bill. The parking was poor as there wasn’t enough of it. The view of a junk yard out my window couldn’t be helped but the overall value was nowhere near the 200 per night I was charged. The chair was in such poor condition that I had to take a pic, I was shocked they would allow that to be in the room. They also do not accept cash at checkout or at any other time.

Breakfast was good. The TV didn't work and I had to pack up and move at midnight.

Front desk clerk provided card access to rear door that was not functional. People put blocks in door to prop it open. Clerk later said they knew it was broken. Security a concern. Also gave us a handicap room that we did not ask for.

One of the less expensive places to stay in Missoula. Some modern updates. Comfy beds and soft bedding. Bathroom fans!!! So many new hotels don't have those. Decent amount of plugins and strong wi-fi. Super clean! Good coffee in the lobby.

Older, noisy bathtub and shower. Tub creaks when stepping around and the shower squealed the whole time it ran. Somewhat noisy from the halls, as others go in and out.
