Quality Inn Asheboro South

Very nice and welcoming

The manager was a helpful and most sincerely caring person. He reflected a love for his hotel and his job. He made every effort to help and make things seamless. My hats off to his whole staff. Even house keeping made us feel welcomed.

The overall cleanliness and friendliness of all.

Clean, comfortable room. Decently updated. OK breakfast items.

No complaints

It was close to the the event I was going to and to the zoo

I understand this is an older hotel but Rooms smelled like smoke especially because it was humid in the rooms. The hallways smelled like weed. The window looked like a bullet hit it and there was no working fan in the bathroom. The stairs were blocked off so you could only walk on the side of them close to the wall. I came back from the zoo and couldn’t get into my room and was told by the guy at the front desk that I had check out and when I said no he said well the person you are with did. I was staying alone! Another worker intervened and got my keys working again after seeing my reservation was for another day. None of my stuff was touched thankfully.
