The staff was very nice and personable. The room was clean.

The pool was really nasty. The water was a brown tinge and you could see a film in top. The bed was not comfortable. I woke up sore.

Waffles in the breakfast when we're very good

Sounds the pipes we're making we're making like a tapping sound all night, beds were very firm and not comfortable. Was placed in a handicap room even though we're not handicapped

Room was very clean, smelt and felt clean.

The fact that I was able to get a room at set short notice and the clerk was very nice

The remote to the TV did not work the tub had a rest in it and my bed had a dime in it so my sheets weren't washed Most importantly

Honestly they had a room available .Also the front desk person was extremely helpful and very kind .

The rooms are very dated and bathroom had mold in tub . Checked in around 4 am and requested a late check out but the maids were pounding on door at 8:30 am they then came back 2 more times after that. I ask for a manager at check out and she wasn't on premises. I got her number and gave the front desk my number but never received a call back or could get a hold of her. Honestly I think this location is not worthy of the 4.5 stars or having your name !

The breakfast was boring and not much choice. Towels were threadbare.

Quality Inn & Suites of Roswell was one of the nicest lodging experiences we've had in our cross country trip. Thanks for the great experience!
