There was one bed, a comfortable chair, and a small table and chairs. Bathroom was modern and clean. Plenty of light. If I can find a Suburban in each place I stop in, this will be my choice. Also, it was a great price.
There was a smoke smell in the bathroom, don’t know if the room was adjacent to a smoking room, but I was quite happy with the room.

Location and value
Pool was closed. Very tight turns and parking spaces. Shower head broken.

Peaceful stay.
Cramped parking. Balloon Festival Crews had parked vehicles, and trailers in small front parking space.

The staff was courteous & polite. We've never had any problems with them & we've always left with the room clean bringing our own towels, blankets, & pillows.
Being charged for towels being when we bring our own towels & may use their small towels to clean our faces. I'm barely surviving with the income I receive to have more money removed for something I know I didn't do due to providing my own towels.
