Times Square West Hotel, BW Signature Collection

letto comodo e confortevole per la doccia non è comodo il soffione fisso.

Location is just perfect - close by all the main points of interests but still in very quiet area. In 5 min you are near the riverside, 10 min - Times Square, 15 min - Broadway, what can be better?!

Breakfast could be organised is a bit better - sometimes I had to wait 15-20 min for a free table and afterwards for food (eggs, sausages or potatoes) supply. A room was a bit worn off but always clean and reasonably comfortable.

Price and location - staff was exceptional in taking care specifically at breakfast

Found nothing

The staff were nice, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, good city view from room, and free luggage storage.

It is far from the subway and main attractions. It was a 15-20 minute walk each time we had to go to & from the hotel. It doesn’t sound like much or look too far on the map but it definitely took a toll especially if you’re staying multiple days. I booked this hotel due to its “close proximity” to places only to find out that was not the case. This hotel is also not in the best shape, we saw cockroaches in the lobby, peeling paint and stains in the room, and we never got fresh towels when our room was cleaned which was annoying. I stayed before at the other location closer to Times Square & that one is much nicer/modern.
