Loved the hot breakfast, and kiddo loved the waffles! The location was great. Close to the lake, grocery stores, and restaurants. The staff was fantastic! Very kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day. Being able to take our dog was great as well.
I can't complain. There was some construction and remodeling going on. But noise was minimal, and it's only to make the place nicer. Overall, I have no complaints.

The rooms are under renovation . Dust in areas Plastered up holes. some splotches of paint here and there. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Did not receive anydiscount. AAA

Key card never worked. We stayed 3 days. It was very time consuming going to the desk every time .

Was loud could hear other rooms to clearly no space really to eat if brought food back fan in bathroom didn't work.

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The tv remote was very hard to use. It was painfully slow to change channels, which made it nearly impossible to search for something to watch and some channels that were offered like HBO weren't available. Also the volume buttons didn't work well at all. The outlet behind the desk stopped working too which meant i couldn't turn on the lamp. These are all minor inconveniences yet for the rate to stay at this hotel they should be fixed.

It is very clean and they serve a full breakfast. The staff are very nice

Online booking was easy to use. Spa tub had clean towels and warm relaxing water but not intuitive to use.
Breakfast was cramped and super busy. Bathroom was dirtiest I have ever seen at a hotel anywhere. Toilet plunger stuck. and tub stopped up.
