Nothing horrible stay , stayed for literally 2 hrs due to bed bugs

Lobby reeked of smoke. Walls in the room were very scuffed up.

N/A That it is Mr. Hero's around the corner.

Where do I start? Mold and mildew in rooms Housekeeping going through your stuff The shower floods the room from the wall side bad plumbing...

Nothing - The sheets and bathroom was dirty

The front desk clerk at check out was rude and racist

Never had any breakfast.

The staff was disrespectful, they kicked us out of our room over a mistake on their part. The fire alarm went off every night and kept us up and there were bugs everywhere.

Customers service was good.

Cosmetic repairs, unfinished. Rooms were dirty, I had to buy some cleaning supplies to clean up in order to shower. Was a bit disappointed about the lack of care for the room being cleaned.

I have an ESA (emotional support animal) the hotel banged on my door at 1 am and we’re going to kick me out at 1 am because of my ESA, even explaining that I had papers, they allowed me to stay through the night but stated they would be keeping my damage deposit and I had to leave the next morning even though I was paid through the next day as well. they did refund me my second night stay however with an emotional support certified pet what they did was illegal not to mention the unnecessary stress it caused having to relocate hotels first thing in the morning. I will NEVER stay here again.

Construction going on at hotel, hallways smelled musty, room was half painted, floor lamps and table lamps only had 1 bulb in them (had to turn all lights on) tub in bathroom, was chipped and it looked like paint stains, continental breakfast had no plates for the waffles they were serving that morning :(
