refrigerator did not work - asked to have it fixed said they would they did nothing and said nothing to me. Maids did not clean the room after the first night so had no clean towels, cups, bedding, etc.

It was a clean comfortable place ro stay. Close to interstate 44. Easy to get to from lawton/ fortsill airport.

The elevator was slow....

Room was adequate. Breakfast was very good and included with the room - great buy.

Change of plans caused us to change from KIng size bed to 2 queens. You had asked them to waive the fee for the change, they didn't. I paid extra when we checked in.. we left a day early , stayed 2 nights not 3. Asked for a partial refund for the extra fee we paid, said would have to ask the manager. I did not ask for a refund on the Bookings.com charge which I knwe was non refundable.. just on the extra fee. Diapointed.

The bed was very comfortable and we slept extremely well. The breakfast was great at first but as the days went by became uninterested. The room was basic but very clean and I appreciated the microwave and large chiller.

The bathroom itself seem pretty dated but was clean and functional. The television was way too small for the room.

The first room hadn’t been cleaned at all . The bed was made and the room Especially the bathroom was disgusting.

There was never any hot water . The maid came into the room when the donor disturb sign was on the door.
