Smelled like urine outside and inside. Keys kept disarming. Staff not helpful.

Maybe insulate the utilitie room that houses the pressure tank so the people using the room adjacent to it don't have to listen to it activate off and on all night.

The room was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and breakfast was good. There is an excellent sushi restaurant within walking distance. Looking forward to booking again!

our toilet in 131 needs minor repair. hot tub was not open, closed for repair. keys don’t always work.

This hotel was superb! Very nicely furnished. Professional and friendly staff. Pool was pristine. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had many choices and was beautifully presented.
Only thing I found odd was a camera in the pool area directly above the shower?

Comfort Suites was immaculate from the moment we walked through the doors.
Very inviting, very friendly staff.
The room was awesome and very clean and plenty of space.
The breakfast was delicious.
Lots of choices, the food was fresh and kept warm.
I will recommend Comfort Suites @ Redmond airport to my family and friends.
The only thing I didn't care for was the coffee, both in the room and the lobby.
It was very watered down.
It tasted like warmed water...no coffee flavor at all.

Breakfast was great!
The rooms were dirty. The shower curtain was hanging off and broken from the wall. I called front desk and they asked if I wanted them to come up and fix it and they said it would take a while too much money for what you really get in room quality. It's too bad cuz we have a lot of trips back at that town and we're going to have to find somewhere else to stay.

Ideal location for the places I needed to visit surrounding the motel . I loved the full breakfast you guys are doing an awesome job.
The spa needed to be maintained not all the Jets were working and the pool could use some upgrades

The property was wonderful and gave us easy access to where we needed to go.
The mattress was a bit worn so the hard edges were a uncomfortable when getting in and out of bed.

The parking isn’t very dually truck or truck- trailer friendly!

Proximity to airport great.
Parking lot under construction. Housekeeping only upon request but they don’t tell you that at check-in. There is a sticker you are supposed to notice on bathroom door that says so.
