Breakfast was excellent, room was very comfortable and clean, we asked for a ground floor room and were given one, staff friendly. Gym while simple had all I needed for my workout.
The TV remote seemed like it needed new batteries, it was tough to switch channels. Also, overall TV selection was limited. I wanted to watch CNN but it was not available.

The hotel was clean, neat and well-maintained. It offered excellent value for the price and exceeded my expectations. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast was the best free breakfast on our trip. However, they were all pretty bad. You get what you pay for; go to a cafe.
We stayed at a lot of inexpensive hotels. The service at the single proprietor hotels was much better than this chain. There was no one to help us with our bags. The desk clerks at the independent hotels ALL helped us with our bags.
