Comfort Suites Bethlehem Near Lehigh University and LVI Airport

Rooms were clean. There's a nice little convenient shop in the lobby for drinks and snacks and such. Nice restaurant/bar in the lobby, the burgers were phenomenal. The continental breakfast was very nice-eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles all manner of pastries and some cereal options. The staff was very nice. Lobby access by key card at night for security. Would stay there again.

The tv remote didn't work well, but they gave me one at the front desk to use. The area is a little run down, but it's undergoing some revitalization projects, that's hardly the hotels fault though and really didn't affect our stay.

Location was very good for my purpose of being in Bethlehem.

On my first day there, the registration desk called to say I checked out early and left belongings. I did not check out early and had to get new room keys for the following stay and was charged $135.22 from my debit card for early checkout which I did not check out. Very dissatisfied with the financial/ registration aspect of my stay. Would not have known about the $135.22 either except I contacted my bank after arriving home. Contacted Comfort Suites by phone and the Supervisor finally figured out the problem after saying it was not her mistake, and said the money would be returned to my account in 7-10 days. The money should not have been taken out to start with as I did not leave early.

It’s located in a good area , staff very friendly and accommodate you if ask for something

Clean

Location was decent. Easy walking to all areas of interest, especially Lehigh Univerity and Steel Stacks. Included parking was appreciated.

The housekeeping, groundskeeping, and breakfast staff were all pleasant and friendly However, the front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. I checked in at around 3:30pm. The staff were complaining about someone in a very loud and unpleasant manner when I walked up. The person who checked me in was a bit hard to understand; she did not speak clearly and was a bit rude. The immediate vicinity of the hotel was a bit isolated. Though it was easy access to reach other parts of the city.
