Staff, price, and location.
The bathroom was very small and didn’t make a lot os sense. I have stayed here many times and the room design was different.

The location is really it.
The fact I was charged for a room’s jacuzzi tub and the tub didn’t work. When I reached out to staff about it. They told me to reach out to your company Booking. I was on the phone with one of your agents. The hotel was suppose to give me back a portion of my money back. The agent hung up on me and no one from booking or the hotel could tell me what happened and what conclusion you came up with. I am not happy about my money
