Cozy stay

Complimentary breakfast was great, there was a different flavour of waffles every day, coffee and tea were provided too. The room was generally clean and comfortable. Service by the staff was great

The chair that was in the room gave off an unpleasant smell. Otherwise, the rest of the room was generally clean.

Beyond basic facilities and food -kind staff.

Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Bathroom is far too small. Couldn’t enter and close the door unless standing next to toilet. I’m a runner and prime shape so this isn’t a user size issue, it’s the size of the space is too small. The rooms are also very worn out. The toilet roll holder was disgusting just inside the unit.

Didn’t stay due to the fact that I had to live at least 30 miles from the hotel. I should have been told when I was making my reservation ! I had to stay at the hotel next stop which at no pool, no courtyard and no hot breakfast!! You owe me for the inconvenience!!!😡😡

Room was very clean, staff was very accommodating and friendly, pool was great.

Toilets were entirely too low to the ground! Breakfast juice machine only served water and orange juice.

close to college

power went out . no water in lobby at times .. hardly people at desk to help . desk person not too friendly . even before power went out WiFi would go off constantly Tv did not work

ok, but over priced.

free continental breakfast. The issues that I had a problem with were fixed by staff quickly.

air condition broke, hair dryer broke, toilet or tub leaked water onto the floor. tv remote needed new batteries. The second and 3 rd nights room charges was more than double the 1st nights charge

Always a good option in Clemson!

Loved the breakfast, especially the waffles! The kitchen staff were also very attentive to keeping the area clean and guiding the guests to use the the area in a hygienic way :)

I don't like that they have 30 mile radius of who can rent a room and who can't so because we were inside the 30 mild radius we couldn't get a room.

Good hotel

staff was great, breakfast options good, complimentary coffee and water at all hours on lobby

could use deeper cleaning, nothing bad just dusty hair dryer, not the best wall repairs etc but beds, lines, the important stuff etc clean

free breakfast and close proximity to Clemson where we had a college tour, very cheap for 2 rooms

lighting was very dim (like being in a creepy movie), entire hotel felt dirty, clearly run down, woke up coughing possibly from black mold, room was tiny and cramped

Great value and worth the money! All my conveniences!

The price was great! Everything was clean! Breakfast was excellent! Melissa at the front desk had excellent customer service experience!

No complaints! Not a complaint but my grandson wished the pool was open but she told us the date would be in June!

Front desk attendant was great. Room was abysmal.

There were roaches in the bathroom.

What could have been better? For starters, make sure there isn’t massive roaches in the room

Aside from the smell, it was a great stay.

The room was nice.

There was a really strong bad smell when I entered my room and it lingered the whole time I was there. I was very unimpressed with that.
