Staff member team very thoughtful.
Severe decline in the overall appearance of this location. DEFINITELY not up to the same standards this location prided itself in a few years ago. I was quite surprised to to see such a marked difference.

Some of the crew was helpful but then the day time came on and it changed everything
We didn't have clean towels and the air didn't work and TV was broken. I asked for another room and knew we would be here for a.couoke.more days. She told me she couldn't last night but made a note that we needed a new room. Never told me what time to come back down or anything. Boyfriend and I both work out of town so we don't get to the hotel till evening time. I went back to get the new room and was told there was no such note so instead of arguing I informed her that we needed towels she told me I would have to wait till tomorrow. For real omg I have been working all day and need to shower. About to run to store and buy towels. There are more than enough rooms to move us to one of them and I stead they want to make us stay in the same room that wasn't cleaned. Housekeepers never came by and they just lost a 3 month rental because of this.
