Location and price!
Older motel. Could be maintained and cleaned a little better

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained from the moment we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was great and a nice way to start each morning. The pool was also very clean and enjoyable. What really made our stay special was the staff, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and throughout our visit. We truly loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Fredericksburg. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did like the interaction with them. The price is very good. Everything very clean.
It is an older property. I was surprised to see the building looked more like a motel 6. The wooden floors were clean and everything was very clean, but old. Needs revamping when they can do it.
