The A/C was AWESOME! Comfortable bed. I’d stay again.
The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry everything up or wait a couple of hours for another room on the ground floor. Could use some updates, The area felt a little shady because of construction next door, but was ok.

Comfortable bed, room was clean, breakfast was surprisingly good with really good eggs and sausage links plus fruit. The front desk gentleman was pleasant and professional.
There is always something that could be better but the stay was fine and I would stay there again happily.

Room was filthy. Bed clean. Floors not vacuumed. Toilet had feces on it. Water pressure very low.

The location was in the right area off of the interstate. I liked that there was bacon and waffles.
We were not given the rooms that we had originally reserved due to shortness of staff. There was a lack of hot water.

Everything. The staff was great, the room was great. We were very comfortable there and would recommend it to anyone and will definitely stay there again on our next trip

Loved that it was close to the Highway and the size of the room.
seemed like it needed some TLC and it felt empty. Bed was not comfortable at all as we could feel the springs through the mattress, time to get new ones.

We had car issues and had to stay overnight. We quickly booked our reservation to Quality as the location was great. Super friendly staff and was very concerned about our situation. Thank you for accommodating us so kindly.

The access to the highway is a major disappointment when you're going the opposite direction of the hotel and not from the area. The property had to post for customers/guests not to prop the doors open for SECURITY REASONS.

Breakfast area is small. Bed could be more comfortable.
